- - COMPANY DESCRIPTION
- General manager:
Person in charge of caring for the interests of the company, has a specialized support group in different areas, these are: Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Accounting. Working together manage to get new alternatives for the business to flourish.
- General Logistics:
It establishes relationships with different vendors to provide good quality fabric and timely entrega.Debe have a contingency plan; if the supplier fails to deliver, avoid any trouble with the customer.
- Marketing manager
Liaises with customers through marketing research studies. Promote products on the market, through the media. It is characterized by being creative, proactive and have variety of contacts.
- Accounting manager
Accountant manager area of the company, conducts the financial accounts and determines the profitability of the same. Is related to all areas of the organization, it determines if any buying action is profitable or not. The manager is characterized by identifying factors necessary for the company.
- Finance manager
It is responsible for establishing links with financial institutions that can provide loans in the event of a future investment. The manager must know the changes in the interest rate for the payment of any long-term debt.
- Production manager
Custody and ensures that garment manufacturing is completed on time, having in mind the quality and finish that has always characterized.
- Storage - finished products
Space established to receive and control raw materials and inputs, to supply the production department. Also saves the finished garments in this department.
- Design Area
The charge of this area, does the product applications; for example choice of colors, shapes and textures going in the new collection.
- Area of fashion design
It makes designs, according to the advice of production on existing fabrics and those needed for a project.
- Cutting area
Here the parts are delineated more effectively because of this process depends greatly reducing costs. Perform the cutting of the material and numbered the pieces to send to the production area.
- Confection area
Ask the store inputs needed for the making of garments. Develop the designated operations (garment and sewing), also conducting quality control on the established process.Save the machinery properly.
